Cancellation Policy

 

At BRICMON, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your subscription. This cancellation policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for cancellations.

Cancellation Period:

 

We will respect your request to cancel your subscription if:

* You provide us with at least 30 (thirty) days' written notice before the end of each billing cycle.
* Your account is current and in good standing.

 

Cancellation Terms:

If you choose to cancel your subscription, we will:

1. Notify you by email: We will send you a cancellation confirmation email within 3 of receiving your request.
2. Cancel your subscription: If you do not respond or do not provide further notice after 30 (thirty) days, we will cancel your subscription and terminate our service effective immediately.

 

Cancellation Fees:

* Cancellation fees apply if you cancel your subscription more than 3 months before the end of the current billing cycle.
* The cancellation fee is ₱500.00, which includes all fees associated with canceling your subscription.

 

Non-Cancellation Terms:

We reserve the right to:

1. Refuse a request for cancellation: We may refuse to cancel your subscription if you have an outstanding balance or are in breach of any terms or conditions.
2.  Change our policy: At any time, we may change our cancellation policy without prior notice.

 

Termination by Business:

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and suspend or cancel our services at any time, with or without cause, for any reason whatsoever.

 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this cancellation policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine in relation to dispute resolution.
